[Resolved] Vodafone India — vodafone paid added services activated without my consent | |||||
Vodafone is biggest flop service provder. Now doing cheap practice to earn money by activating paid value added services without consent of customer. I am tired of deactivating them again and again. Now i will change the subscriber if this issue won't be resolved anymore. I got two services got activated where it state that amount will be added in the bill. But i had not asked to activate the services. Now its pathetic that i have to deactivate the service again and again. My contact number on which facing issue is this [protected]. Apr 19, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved They reimbursed the amount and agreed not to start such services again without my consent. Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
