Vodafone India — vodafone policies changed without information | |||
I am a vodafone customer, [protected], i have 22 rs main account balance but unable to use it for making calls. Customer care says that i have to recharge to extend my validity, but if i go for extending validity recharge then again i can not use this main balance. This is not only my concern there may be lakhs of customer who are facing this problem due to sudden change in vodafone policies without any information. Please check the matter.
