[Resolved] Vodafone India — Vodafone Post Paid Bill Over charging | |||
My Vodafone no is [protected] and I have a monthly fixed plan of Rs 599 in which I get 750 local +STD mins free, 200 SMS and 1GB unlimited 3G data. Since it is fixed plan I get a bill of (Rs 599+service tax 74.04) Rs 673.03. This month I received a bill of Rs 732.57. They have levied charges of Rs 30 towards download charges which I have a unlimited internet and I have not download any thing.My total mins was 373 and they have levied Rs 2 for call charges whereas I have 750 mins free.They have also levied Rs 18.60 towards concall charges which is absurd and is not charged in any other service provider and moreover I have never made any conference call also. They have levied charges for roaming of amt Rs 14.10 but I have not gone out of state in last 3 months. When I called up customer care the person behaved very rudely and bluntly refused to take my complaint and said I have pay for all the charges even if I have not used it. This kind of fraudulence and such behavior is not acceptable. Vodafone is fooling customers. I am not going to pay a single penny extra. How dare customer care executives have such audacity to talk to customers such rudely and tell them do whatever you want to do.if the don't get a revised bill with all my wrong charges revised I will certainly change my service provider.
