Vodafone India — Vodafone postpaid bill issue | |||
Hello, I yamini dalvi having vodafone post paid connection, writing this mail to bring it to notice that i have been wrongly charged for internet usage it seems the plan of rs-98 for 2gb 2g data was not activated on my above number. I have brought this new connection on 17th march 2017, this is a corporate plan of l&t. I brought this number from vodafone sales executive who visit l&t office airoli, as per the details given by him my plan would include 67 rs rental per month plus rs98 for 2gb 2g data. But when i received my this month bill it seemed that i have been charged for the internet usage, there was no plan of 2g data activated on this connection. I called up the concerned sales person from whom i got the connection but, he was of no help he said to me to call customer care and the customer care executive were also of no help, they are not willing to help (They were not happy to help), so there was no help from any of vodafone person. I don't know whose fault it is that my plan was not activated. Kindly check the attachment of my bill and make the necessary correction from your end. If it is not done i would like to disconnect this connection. And i am not going to pay this bill as it is the mistake from your sales executive. Yamini dalvi. Was this information helpful? | |||
