Vodafone India — Vodafone postpaid wrong billing | |||||
I had been using vodafone postpaid cug connection [protected] in which i used to get a rental discount of rs.100/-. First they activated ridiculous vas like super model service, gao bajao service etc. In my number and asking me to pay for it. Then they withdrew the rental discount of rs.100/- without any prior intimation. I sent them an email to stop the connection w.E.F 31/03/2016 still they waited for 4 days and stopped it on 04/04/2016.They are calling me to pay for the entire fraudulent bill amount. I have paid for the usage bill amount but i will not pay for the vas under any circumstances. Was this information helpful? | |||||
