[Resolved] Vodafone India — Vodafone Prepaid - Customer Care number (111) is not transferring call to the customer care executive! | |||
Dear Sir, with due respect I would like to say that the Customer Care no. 111 (or any other customer care nos. like 116, 198 etc) is not transferring my call to customer care executive from both of my mobile phones. Whenever I call to 111 and try to direct the voice machine to customer care executive as per the instructions, the machine always instantly redirect me to the main menu of the 111 number without any notification.
