Vodafone India — vodafone recharge problume

Dear vodafone,

I recharged rs. 599 for my vodafone prepaid mobile number ([protected]) by yono lite app. Received acknowledge 'successfully', and money is deducted on 31 march 2020.
Pack is still not activated on my phone.

I even did not receive any mail or sms for this recharge.
