Vodafone India — vodafone rs.1 store and international roaming | |||
I came to canada temporarily and intended not to use phone services and recharge with minimum talk time so that my number ([protected]) is kept active. I don't want to choose vodafone's insanely costly international roaming services but vodafone has been playing foul play by adding services like 'rs. 1 store' without my acknowledgement so obviously vodafone know i am going to deactivate it by responding with stop message thereby charging international roaming packages instantly again without my acknowledgement and now my phone balance is showing -163.62/- (Minus). How is that possible considering the fact that i am a prepaid customer? The very reason i have shifted to prepaid from postpaid is such cheating habits of charging unwanted things. I have completed from last 7 days 4g network not working and R sign showing in roaming I am in ambala city from last 20 days and from last 7 days I am facing this issue after a lot of complaints none is ready to given the resolution of my problem..

I think you did not understand the points that I have mentioned in my complaint. Since i did not activated roaming plans, all my outgoing calls are de-activated from your end. I am using this number for Whatsapp though which is my only source of communication to my family and friends in India. I did not received any call from Vodafone India which you mentioned on[protected]. May be you meant[protected] and even that i haven't received. Also i would be charged for receiving roaming calls too. I have received sms warning though about my number being deactivated for not using call services for a while. For your information, I have recharged with 245/-(84 days) on[protected] and 49/- (28 days plan) on[protected] just so not to lose this number. After all this, I got notified that my balance is -163/-. Even in the worst case, if you want to subscribe any package on my behalf without my consent, you should reject it when I don't have the required balance being a prepaid account. But No. You would go to any extant to leech money from innocent customers like me. I request you to address my issues without even calling me like how you activated Rs.1 package without my consent. How come my balance is -163/- when i am using a prepaid sim? Attached the screenshots of relevant sms. Hope Vodafone India make my balance to 0 ASAP.
