Vodafone India — Vodafone sending me bill for the number which is not in use | |||
Hi Team, Greetings!! I had been using Vodafone services when i was staying in Bangalore for two years. Later on, I shifted to Pune and call the Vodafone customer care about 10 times in a days to close my mobile services. On 26th September, finally a customer care guy spoke to me regarding the same and asked me to drop a mail to VodafineRelations Karnataka. I sent the mail on that day itself, after paying my dues at Vodafone.in. I got a reply on 26th September saying the request has been taken and (even when I had cleared the dues), they asked me to pay the bill again. On the same day itself, I replied to Vodafone saying I had already cleared my dues but still if anything is remaining, send me a mail. I never got a reply to that e-mail, not any separate mail about any pending dues. Today on 7th Nov, i got a mail from Vodafone for paying the bill for Oct (to my understanding, the number was deactivated before Oct). Yet i sent another mail to Vodafone to which they havent replied yet. Over the past two years it had been quite difficult for me to contact Vodafone customer care through phone. While buying out new connection, these guys are always there for any help 24 x 7. But later on they dont really care much. I am quite pissed off by billing e-mail and I am not going to waste any of my money on stupid Vodafone. Kindly help me out. Was this information helpful? | |||
