[Resolved] Vodafone India — Vodafone service issue - Sim not activated | |||||
I have recently converted my prepaid sim to postpaid which itself take more than a week and now this activation issue, I have already done televerification and your system is showing the same my sim is activated, however whenever i try to call, I get redirected to Televerification IVRS system which also ends with Thank You message, without being contacted to televerication team. I am in a bad loop and not satisfied with my overall experience of vodafone services. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Apr 26, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I called customer care multiple times, finally they raised a ticket and then it was resolved in 24 hrs. Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
