With so much of grief I need to submit my complaint against vodafone that I have purchased vodafone sim with mobile no [protected] which I turned to postpaid one, after a year agian I changed into prepaid after paying my current bill of that moment but when I demanded back my security money back then vodafone dealing head at sector 27 -D chandigarh has said that this security money you will be getting through cheque that to by post through vodafone headoffice, but till date no such cheque I have received and company representatives daily time and again used to text and call me to use pre paid services of vodafone . How come company can expect me to use their services if they got a tendency to ruin the comman man. Hope soon I'll be in the position of my dues back. Was this information helpful? | |||
