My tariff plan has been without informing me increasing my bill by 3 times. When I called the customer care and asked I was told that SMS has been sent to me regarding my plan change. The truth is I have not sent any SMS regarding this to inform me. Liars I called customer care ‘Jogendar Singh’ attended the call and said the plan has been changed on 29th of Sep 2014 and call to a particular no. is made free and the no. is [protected]. This person put my call in hold and never turned up again I was on hold for more than 20 mins. I again called customer care ‘Sukhpreet Singh’ attended. This time I was told the tariff plan has been changed on 21st Oct 2014 and SMS had been sent. ( I did not receive any SMS regarding my tariff plan change) I called two times you guys told different things every time I called which clearly means that I have been cheated on. Please send the correct bills according to my previous tariff plan. Only then I will continue to use your services. I HAVE BEEN CHETAED ON BY VODAFONE.
