[Resolved] Vodafone India — Vodafone wrongly deducted INR 215 from my account | |||
Hello, Vodafone has deducted INR 77 on 9th dec 2014, INR 99 on 16th dec 2014 and INR 39 on 18th dec 2014 citing download charges for Tiny TV. I have done no such download and when i call them, they say that no value added services has been added to my account and that my money will be refunded. Nothing has been refunded to my account till now. Please look into this matter and i would like to inform Vodafone that i will take steps which will be extremely adverse for Vodafone if this is not resolved. This is no way to treat a customer.
