[Resolved] Vodafone India — Wake up after three years of making a payment... | |||
Hello, This company is giving my family, friends and me a hard time. They are very unethical. I moved to a different country about 3 years back a huge payment was sent to my home in India. My sister made a payment in fact a person from vodafone picked up the funds from my sister's office in 2011. Now they are emailing my acquaintance about my bill payment when we have made all the necessary payments. We do not have any bills to provide now since since it has been about 3 years and nor can they wake from dead and demand for it. There customer service agents are pathetic who lack basic courtesy and language. I am too frustrated with them after sending them numerous emails they are back to basics and sending others email. What happened to Database? Haven't you guys ever made any changes... This is pathetic. Was this information helpful? | |||
