Vodafone India — without notice international data plan is activated

We are customers from 2005, we requested international SMS for OTP and without our notice, International Data plan was activated and charged 13, 000Rs for a Day.
We requested International SMS only, Its a trick which is crafted to cheat customers my No is [protected],
If we needed data plans, which we did not need as all airports have free data.
if we needed international data we could have activated for 2500 plan Rs,
why would we pay 13, 000 Rs.

please help us to clear the overcharged bill.

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Harsha K Gowda if they had explained they cannot activate Internationa SMS without data we would have not activated even SMS plan.

Updated by Harsha K Gowda for example: if we are in a hotel and requested a vegetarian dish and it cost's 100Rs, But you served us some 13, 000Rs dish then after eating when we don't know was not what we ordered what will you do? will you apologise for serving nonveg with out notice or charge us?
