Last 5 years I am using your post paid service, my mobile no is [protected]. For your kind information earlier this no was register in my Company name M/s. Supertron Electronics Ltd. But in the month of February this no has been transfer in my personal name. My name is Suptendu Roy. I had visit Vodafone care south city mall and submit all the documents and deposit Rs. 300 as a security. During the transfer your executive was ask me the Tariff plan, as I am using this no with data and voice so I had chose Rs. 655 rental plan.
But unfortunately on 26th march my outgoing services has been stop due exceed my credit limit. I had contact with your executive and express the details where I had come to know that my tariff plan was Rs. 299 that's why whatever internet I had used that was charged and due this reason my limit was exceed.
My question is that when I chose Rs. 655 plan then how it has been change without informing me. It seems your executive was done mistake and due his mistake I am suffering lot and due to beard out going call I had suffer lot.
second after complaining noting was taking care as of now. third without bill how you are expecting me to pay the amount.
