Vodafone India — Worst customer handling ever | |
I am using Vodafone browsing plan @rs650 and my no. Is [protected] for my iPad since December -13, as I had to relocate requested vodafone customer care care to close the plan /no. in June. It was told that next billing cycle has been generated now u can close it next month, fair enough, I called again in July to close the number which was agreed upon, just to remind the same again called on 18th July to close the plan after 18th my browsing was disconnected, then to my surprise on 24th browsing has automatically started again and on calling the customer care I was told that number has not be closed after putting the calls on long hold for many time every time staff was makes excuses that we have forwarded the complaint of person who had taken the call &later was told that they cannot do much about it .This means it is a practice of extracting money from the customers like this.HOW can a customer be responsible for fault o[censored]ntrained and unprofessional attitude of the staff despite reminders.Spoken to Narendra, Rohan, shivani, quadir and two other staff.Can somebody from senior management look into this please so that customers are not harassed like this and take training of employees .
