Vodafone India — WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE | |||
Dear Team, I had purchased a postpaid vodafone internet dongle ([protected]) on 8th Jan 2015. While purchasing, I had already paid for 3 months 4GB plan - an amount of Rs 2500. Ideally I should have not got a bill for first 3 months since it was already paid. But I got the first bill in March itself. The bill sms said that "Please ignore if already paid". So I ignored it. But after few days, my sim card was suspended. I found out that due to vodafone's mistake our services were suspended for not paying the bill. After visiting vodafone store for atleast 10 times and 15 days of follow up with unresponsive customer service agents, I got the internet working again. This itself was a horrible experience. To add to it, I have received another bill now, which should not have come as it is already paid as part of 3 month plan. Ideally the first bill should come after 8th May 2015. I fail to understand the poor service and the level to which you have been testing a customer's patience. This is the worst customer service experience I've had so far.
