Vodafone India — Worst,Pathetic Customer Support | |||
I was a vodafone loyalist until I stumbled upon a message that showed my vodafone bill exceeded by some 600Rs. I happened to check the inbox through my vodafone dongle and called up customer care. I was told that I have subscribed to VAS services. When I said I havent sunscribed to any of the services I was told I might have accidently clicked on to pop-ups and have got automatic subscription. I replied, " even if I try and believe you guys you are trying to say that I have clicked 3 pop ups and subscribed to more than 3 services?" ThenI was told the charges might be waived off to which I told them to take down my request for discontunuation of Vodafone Services. Thet agreed but Ididnt know they were waiting for another cycle and mynextBill was generatedand again there were 2 new charges.1- Subscription new VAS services.2-Check Bounce. And again some 700 odd extra was added to the bill. The whole point is all this while I was waiting someone to follow up with me on the discontinuation formalities to which I have also paid for but now I have decided that I wouldnt pay a single penny coz there has been no follow up. Vodafone only follows up for payments but they never follow up for re[censored]ion of dispute and they only wait for you toe enter nextbiling cycle.
