Vodafone India — wrong assurance | |||
I was using a postpaid numbers i. E [protected]. And from starting every month i was getting extra bill till 3 months, and so i didn't paid the 3rd month bill. Due to which they deactivated my number. Everyday i get calls from vodafone executives to pls pay the bill and one day i agreeed to it and he settled the bill of 1700 approx.in rs.1000 and assured that he will settle the remaining bill in future bills and i had also paid the amount. His name is rohit and his number is [protected] and [protected]. As i have thrown my sim as its of no use to me earlier and now when i go re-issue it again the retailer said that you need to pay the entire amount then only i will the sim. Rohit just cheated and i am not able to contact him as he does not pickup the call and the calls also doesn't go to his number. I request vodafone to pls do something for it or i'll had to take a legal action against you. Was this information helpful? | |||
