I have CUG Postpaid connection of Vodafone. My CUG plan amount is INR 299. In most of the months my bill amount is within INR 350. But in January month I received a bill amount of INR 524. I have checked that one internet booster pack of INR 250 was added in my bill. But I have not added any booster pack in the month of January.
I sent one mail to Vodafone regarding this. Also, I have asked to check the bill and send me the revised bill to Vodafone customer care person. The customer care person told me that she will log one complaint. But till now I did not receive any communication regarding my complaint. Instead I am getting mails every day to pay the outstanding amount of INR 524. Also, now my calls are interrupted with a voice message that I have to pay the outstanding amount.
I want to know why Vodafone is charging me extra INR 250 in my bill when I never asked for it. If this problem will not get resolve and if I will not get a revised bill within 1 week, then I have to port the number to another vendor. Was this information helpful? |
