Vodafone India — wrong bill charged | |||||
This is bring in to your notice that, when i visited vodafone store to convert my postpaid number into prepaid number then i paid all due amount as well as 2 days advance amount which was told by vodafone store executive but now company send me rs.669.80/- bill which is wrong because at that time i paid all due amount. At the time of number conversion vodafone executive told me that further i will not have to pay any amount. Then why you send me this bill. Was this information helpful? | |||||
