Vodafone India — wrong bill charged

This is bring in to your notice that, when i visited vodafone store to convert my postpaid number into prepaid number then i paid all due amount as well as 2 days advance amount which was told by vodafone store executive but now company send me rs.669.80/- bill which is wrong because at that time i paid all due amount.
At the time of number conversion vodafone executive told me that further i will not have to pay any amount. Then why you send me this bill.

Still vodafone have not taken any action. Do not get any reply from them.

Today again provided me service request number with three days extentions.
12 days passed but not a single solution given by company.
