[Resolved] Vodafone India — Wrong Billing Again and again | |||
My Vodafone post paid no was [protected] which was i have stop use from last month and also complain about my billing 3 times to send the correct billing amount . But the customer care department so much care less and sending mall again and again wrong billing amount. When i contact customer care complain no 198 it hold for half an hour to 1 hour but unable to reach them . The worst service and harassment vodafone has given me from last 2 month.currently i am using [protected]. i need the solution ASAP. My old no was from Andhra Region and now i am staying at kolkata.
