[Resolved]  Vodafone India — Wrong billing

I requested for activate FNF for my alternative 998582XXX number long back and your customer crane team confirmed that will be done from 1st of the month .Requested number - 905233XXXX .
For this I am agreed to pay monthly rental to activate FNF.I am in assumption that this was activated and I am paying my bill every month since January 2016.But I realized that you are not activated FNF.

I contacted your customer care team and stating that they are able adjusted only Rs.770.5/- .But how about the remaining amount???

Due to the wrong billing from your end since 9 months I paid almost -4000 + rupees, payment done through credit card.
