[Resolved] Vodafone India — Wrong billing | |||||
I requested for activate FNF for my alternative 998582XXX number long back and your customer crane team confirmed that will be done from 1st of the month .Requested number - 905233XXXX . For this I am agreed to pay monthly rental to activate FNF.I am in assumption that this was activated and I am paying my bill every month since January 2016.But I realized that you are not activated FNF. I contacted your customer care team and stating that they are able adjusted only Rs.770.5/- .But how about the remaining amount??? eference number:[protected] &[protected],[protected],[protected] &[protected].
