Vodafone India — Wrong billing

I have been victim of wrong billing from Vodafone for the last 2 months with absolute no response from their Nodal Officer also. I marked several reminders to the Nodal Officer seeking solution but in vain. Attached below is the mail and the wrong billing induced in my bill for a "Stopped" service :

To Nodal Officer :

My vodafone number is [protected] and i chose to write to you, as my relationship with Vodafone seems to be turning sour. Request you to read my mail till the end alongwith attachments.

Since August i have been overseas due to work engagements and after some hefty bill, which i paid, due to emergency internet usage overseas, I was cautious and stopped using my number- [protected] for Internet. I am a tech savvy person and know very well how to keep my phone's mobile data service switched off at all times.

However, I was appalled to see internet usage every time being induced in my subsequent bills, ranging from Rs.10 to Rs.40, and surprisingly the usage is for just 1 Kb each time on different days. Last month on 28th Nov, I confronted about these charges to which the agent told me that whenever I switch off and on my phone, the data is used for 1Kb. Unconvinced however, It was at this point i decided to get my data services stopped completely and pay the bill. I got the confirmation of stopped services both on mail and sms on 28th Nov'16 itself.

My latest bill however again proves that some kind of fraud is being done by Vodafone inside its subscribers bills !

I had a chat with the agent, Sujay, yesterday(28th Dec'16) raising my concern to which i was given a complaint number,[protected], and i was told that someone would call me on my overseas number in UK to get it resolved. I got an sms today stating that the complaint has been resolved, however, I did not receive any call. Thus i again started a chat(chat transcript attached) with your agent, Dhananjay, today and to my surprise he told me that an amount of only Rs.31.62 has been waived off.

Out of curiosity i checked with him on my current bill plan and i was shocked to know that the data plan is still active and needs to be deactivated and further i would have to pay pro-rata rental for the upcoming bill cycle. On further detail he explained that only Data Service is stopped and Data pack is still active, weird again. Why was this not briefed by the agent earlier when the request for complete deactivation of data service was raised? Is it not moral duty of the agent to explain the customer ?

My questions and concerns :
When the data is switched off on phone, why the charges and specifically for only 1Kb o[censored]sage being induced on different dates ?
Even when the data services are stopped from operator's end, how come usage charges appear in the bill ?
Why rent is being charged for a stopped service ?
Kindly find attached for your reference, the chat transcript i had with your agent today, last 2 months bills along-with confirmation of stopped data services, dated 28th Nov'16 and 29th Dec'16, and let me know which one is for stopping Data Service and Data Pack ? to me it appears identical !

My request :
Wrong charges in my last 2 bills for International Data Roaming be waived off.
Wrong Data rental post 28th Nov'16 be waived off from the bill and should not be induced in subsequent bill, as the data services are stopped from 28th Nov'16 itself.

Kindly help and resolve if you really care for a customer, irrespective whether he is important or ordinary !

I hope my mail be taken in the right spirit and things be rectified so that they do not leave a bad taste and this relationship lasts for a longer period.
