Vodafone India — Wrong billing | |||||
I was having vodafone number [protected]. The number was surrender on 13.10.2016. The nubmer was accordingly closed and i have received the confirmation mail from vodafone too. Now today i have again receive the email for payment of bill generated for the month of may'17. I have contacted the vodafone but no satisfactory reply given. The same instance was happened three months back and when i complained they reversed th same. Now again they are doing same thing. Was this information helpful? | |||||
