Vodafone India — Wrong billing due to Vodafone system problem | |||
I have a post paid connection of Vodafone ([protected]). My average bill for the last 12 months is Rs 400/ month. This month I have received a bill for Rs. 9402/-. I noticed the issued last month as the unbilled amount was noticed at 4000/- and I sent a formal complaint to Vodafone. The unbilled kept increasing till 7900/- though the mobile handset was switched off. I have screenshots of this to prove that Vodafone system. I visited Vodafone Store in Koparkhairne (Navi Mumbai) and lodged a complaint, I have sent more than 20 mails but no response till date. They have now sent me a bill of Rs 9402/- interestingly my Credit limit is Rs 1000/- Was this information helpful? | |||
