[Resolved] Vodafone India — Wrong billing from company | |||
Sir, I am vodafone customer and using cug plan under NC_CUG_MV_Marwadi99. I had earlier asked for the change of my plan and it has been changed to current plan mentioned above. I have been complaining your vodafone sales representative at vodafone store to change my plan and it was changed on 30 oct 2014 but they have asked me to pay rental for last month on the contrary mistake was from their end and they have blocked my phone and i am unable to make calls and receive calls. This is an unexpected error from customer care executive.
