Wrong billing of isd sms This is in regard to postpaid connection of vodafone in my name vaibhav pandya m-[protected]. The bill for bill period:.11.12.18 to 10.01.19, The charges for this bill period are rs. 26960. Further, in this bill an outgoing isd sma with following particulars is reflecting: Isd sms charges rs. 22548 I, vaibhav pandya, using vodafone's postpaid connection from last 13 years. Regularly paying bill on time. Never done isd sms. But this time bill was raised for isd sms. After receiving bill in jan, i made complaint to vodafone. But they confirms that their bills are accurate and they do not charge for services which is not utilized. But i am also confirming that i did not made any isd sms. Then why should i pay for sms which i did not made. I am afraid about it that if my phone was hacked and misused, kindly tell me how to prove my point that i have not isd sms, all i can say is that go for vigilance enquiry for this telecall. So pl.
