Vodafone India — wrong billing of vas | |||
Relationship no.[protected] Wrong billing for vas carried out at least 3-4 times till date and had to call customer care (199) to get it reversed. Assurance given each time that this will not repeat, but it again repeats. Though it is a small amount, it still matters. To add to this i also end up paying call charges to talk to a customer care officer. Some issue with billing system of vodafone and immediate attention is required. Do not know how many customers are paying vodafone on regular basis without realizing that they are being over billed. Please look into this matter immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
