[Resolved] Vodafone India — wrong billing - vodafone number [protected] | |||
Hi vodafone officials team, this is regarding my vodafone connection [protected]. I had recently requested for a plan change from next billing cycle which starts from 10th and had requested new plan should not be implemented before billing cycle. The lady customer care operator on 7th nov when i called, confirmed me that new plan will activate from 10th nov as billing cycle starts from 10th and prior to that old plan will be active and i will be entitled to old plan discount of rs50. When bill came post 10th, i see my discount on old plan taken off. Called customer care, they are reluctant to help saying lady by mistake activated plan from 7th. Why should i suffer for customer care's mistake. I repeatedly told her i want plan change from next billing cycle and she confirmed me, yet my earlier discount went for a toss. Please ensure i get that discount in my next bill along with my current plan's discount which is active now. Please resolve issue and confirm asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
