Vodafone India — Wrong charges in my bill

I introduce myself Pankaj Yadav and I have a vodafone no. [protected] but in this no. they taken ISD message charge in last 3 months while in which they have taken charge that no.is also vodafone local no. and that is [protected], this is also mine. wile I made complaint on appellate authority executive told you charged correctly and not given waiver for this.
