[Resolved] Vodafone India — Wrong charges laid every month | |||||
I have been a sufferer of wrong charges being levied on my bills by Vodafone. Vodafone did not port my number properly and would not allow me making bill payment saying my number is incorrect. I kept trying, and they kept levying late payment charges. Not only this, they start random value added services on my number without my consent and then send me an SMS saying that a service is active .. call to get is shut else it will be billed. They send inflated bills every month. No action despite several complaints. They dont revert the charges. I have been paying extra charges else they disconnect my connection.
