Vodafone India — wrong commitment

Dear sir, I am shashank mishra currently using vodafone postpaid services (Mob : [protected]). The representative of vodafone offered me a postpaid plan for Rs. 199 for one month & after one month the plan will be reduced to Rs. 99. On such terms i have convert my prepaid number to postpaid number. But now they are refusing for such plan. i have already talk to their customer care representative (Complaint No. [protected]), i have also complaint such matter to manager (Complaint No. [protected]), they assured me that they will sort out the issue till 24th December. but there is no response from that side.
