Vodafone India — Wrong info about rentals | |||||
I had been migrated from prepaid to postpaid service by Vodafone 5 months back. i have been given wrong information about rentals, and have been charged more in my bill. I made several complaints to them (Via 198 Tollfree number)since last 8 days but i havnt received a single call from them regarding my complaint, Instead they are calling twice or thrice a day since a week for bill payment for which my due date is 29 March 2016(Today). Today is my last day for bill payment, and if dont pay the bill they will disconnect my services. But i still dont have any clearance about the tarrif plan. Was this information helpful? | |||||
