Vodafone India — Wrong information by representative, no customer care service, deducted 150 rs from account for unwanted service | |||||
Vodafone service representative kavya gave wrong information regarding rs.342 offer stating that this offer is valid for my number. But later after recharghing i got rs.294 as talktime (Lost nearly rs.50). When i called back customer care regarding this issue, no proper response received. I have also asked them to check audio clips of our conversation with representative kavya for confirmation. No response by vodafone company. My number was blocked by customer service centre. Company has also deducted rs.150 on 25th may 2017 by giving topdoctorsonline plan which was not need by me. That was just a reason to deduct amount from my account. Very bad service by vodafone.
