Vodafone India — Wrong information given by Sales Team | |||
I opted for corporate connection because the sales person told me that in my postpaid plan I will get 2 Gb Internet and if we reach 2 Gb limit, Internet will stop working as the plan has a cap of 2Gb. I took the plan for me and my family. My mom used Internet thinking that if it's working she must have not exceeded her plan. Now she has an unbilled amount of more than 4 thousand. On top of that: 1) I called Vodafone customer care and spoke with a lady who said that the amount will be reversed and all I have to do is call back once the amount is billed. She also confirmed that there is no such plan and that there is no cap system. I was shocked to hear this, however, as she said since it's the first time, she will reverse the same as it was exceeded due to misinformation. 2) Today I called Vodafone customer care again and they said that have no records of the above conversation. If possible I want to hear all the calls which I made to Vodafone customer care in the month of August 2016 which will prove that the lady promised the reversal. 3) I got angry and asked them to transfer the number to prepaid. 4) I don't want to pay the extra amount. I want to disconnect my voda phone connection. my no. is [protected] and [protected] and I have recd my last bill and already clear the dues. I dont want to pay any more for this connection. So please disconnect this connection. Do the needful ASAP.
