Vodafone India — Wrong plan activated which leads to heavy charges

I have opted for 850rental plan which has 5gb 3g data and unlimited 2g after completion of 5gb 3g. The executive who activated the plan clearly informed me that I can use unlimited internet in 64kbps speedafter exhausting 3g. But I was shocked that I m getting frequent SMS that I ll be charged for excess usage of internet.
Today when I contacted the Vodafone care they told me that my plan activated with limited pack instead o[censored]nlimited one which offered and confirmed to me.
The supervisor denied to attend my call while the executive tried to transfer and all of the supervisors said that they were busy.
Frequently I'm experiencing poor service from the company. Pls escalate the issue to the top management for resolving my issue.
