[Resolved] Vodafone India — wrong plan , wrong information, Wrong bill posting against my numbers | |||
Hi i have 2 post paid Vodafone numbers, I have activated new corporate plan (149/-) on 2 numbers at a time. (Through mail). And I got confirmation mail for the same. it happened in July -2014 first week. as per plan 2G - 500MB data is free for monthly. Since there, every month am getting wrong bill. Every month am giving mail to them to revert the charges. In Last to last month i got bill 1500/- for data usage of 50MB extra. After having discussion with call center team it has got reverted. But it's not stopped there. every month am facing the same issue. Now they are saying, my both numbers are activated on different plans, Not only this, i have phased so many problems. My suggestion is don't use Vodafone. Now am planning to change the service. Was this information helpful? | |||
