I have done the recharge of rs. 348 on my vodafone number [protected]. After doing the recharge i came to know about the terms and conditions that vodafone internet services available with only 4g enabled phones. I have called the customer care executive regarding the issue but he said he is helpless with the issue and will not be able to solve the issue. There was no mention in the recharge tab that the said services are available for only 4g enabled phones. Also i am currently using 5 numbers with vodafone like [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected]. Being a loyal customer i was expecting solution for the problem but didn't get any relief. I am really hurt with the behaviour of vodafone for the whole issue. I have already applied for porting on my 2 numbers still didn't get any reply from vodafone. It's really frustrating being so loyal with a company despite the available distractions like jio and other networks. Hope to get a resolution for my problem.
