[Resolved] Vodafone India — Wrong unethical charges for internet usage | |||
My vodafone number is [protected] and i am from mumbai. Vodafone company is harassing and asking for the charges for internet usage, and not ready to give any details. Outgoing services are blocked and still asking for the payment. They are not ready to give me the details of where i have used internet (As per the conversation - they are informing that when it is used, but not ready to inform where it is used), and only asking for the payment, also not ready to give me any complaint number / docket number. There is a possibility that, tomorrow vodafone can inform me that i have surfed some vulgar / porn websites which is prohibited and ask for some ransom amount also, as per their wish. Vodafone can give me details of mobile numbers or land line numbers (Itemized bill) where i have called, from where i have received the call, which handset i am using, my location etc, but not ready to give me the details of internet usage and try to cheat and ask for more money. I have send an email to nodal officer, but came to know from the vodafone call center person that the reply received from call center person and nodal officer will be the same. I have also informed them in writing that, they can disconnect my number [protected] temporarily till the dispute is over, but they are not replying to the same also and giving diplomatic answers and skip the main questions. Company is harassing me by calling for payment reminders, but not ready to give me any details. Now they are informing me that data usage is more. I have already informed them in writing that they can disconnect my line temporarily till the matter is solved, but they are not giving any reply to the same and asking for more money. Their executives are not ready to give any complaint number also which is a violation of government law. They misguide in email writing. They are calling me for settlement but not ready to give me in writing and asking for commitment and demanding more money, it like an extortion and public goondas demand. Vodafone india company seems confused how much to be ask for the payment from the customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
