Vodafone India — Wrongful balance & data deduction

Firstly they wrongly cancelled 2 of my numbers. Then they offered much resistance in reinstating the pending balance & data to my newly issued number. A week on, without any usage, all my data has vanished. What's worse, even all balance has been deducted! Why this torture?

Their online complaint facility appears to be dysfunctional, it doesn't allow even normal characters to be entered & returns with error.
