Vodafone India — wrongly billed and services suspended | |||
1. On april 16: i checked online bout the international roaming packs and on the same date i called up the customer care number to check about the 7 day and 10 day pack and informed the executive on the call that i will get back with the activation request. 2. April 17: i got a message stating that my 7 day international roaming pack has been activated. I called up vodafone customer care to enquire and was informed that server is down and thus my request can not be entertain, 3. April 18: i again called up vodafone customer care and told the executive that i want 10 day international roaming pack and not the 7 day one. I was assured in that call that the 7 day pack will be deactivated and 10 day pack will be activated. And that i can continue to use my services without any issue. 4. April 19: i got a message stating that i am being charged for my international roaming calls after which i called up vodafone customer care again spoke to an executive by name of samrath who repeatedly assured me that this has been done by mistake and that i will not be charged additional for the mistake made by vodafone executive. Upon my return in country on april 27 i received a message saying my undue bill amount if 19, 900 inr and my services were restricted upon calling service center again i was told that i will get a call back within four hours, which i have not received till date. Then i call up again on may 1 and was assured that the wrongly charged amount will be cleared from my account but, nothing happened. At present services to my number remain suspended. I have promised by two executives ankit and nirav yesterday that my phone services will be resumed within two hours but, nothing has been done and its over 36 hours now. I am not being able to connect with my ailing parents, not able to do banking transactions as it requires the otp, which is being sent to my registered number, i am loosing on business with every passing day, and i am forced to refrain my activities as i do not have a mobile phone to remain connected with my family. I demand vodafone to resume my services on immediate basis and to edit the bill, which they have imposed on me because of their own mistake. Was this information helpful? | |||

VODAFONE MOBILE SERVICE--- Even after repeated requests to their customer service executives, Not providing statement for more than one year to residence address., not updating correct address, Vodafone is activating various value added services without my request or consent and charging for them
