[Resolved]  Vodafone India — Wrongly charged data package & Pathetic Customer Service

I have been associated with Vodafone since last 10+ yrs now and it is really very annoying that i'm being directed to various departments to sort such a simple issue. I have been trying hard to get a some help from the respective sources of Vodofone, but unfortunately failed. Firstly to start of with my concern couple of months back i have requested for a 3G data plan as per the promotional phone calls by the provider, then I was not given any disclosure related to the settings not being compatible or even that i will not be able to get my old 2G (with [protected]@Rs 99)data package back. If there is any evidence of me accepting these or being educated on the same I would like to have the call sent to me. Later when i called in i was told that I have been charged additional as i have exceeded by data package usage of 500mb as per 3G plan which i could never enjoy the services of. I asked them to change the plan back to the original 2G and check for refund of the charges or adjustment but I was directed to write a mail as this is a cooperate account. After few days again i had to followup as i never received any response nor call after my follow up I got a call today from Richa Chaurasia (Vodafone Corporate Relation). She was not able to communicate properly nether understand the detailed email sent by me either, I really had a very hard time conversing with her on repeated enquirer she was asking me the address to see the connectivity issue. I mentioned her in detail that it has never come till now it not about the place but she could not resolve the issue. Later on 15th Dec again I walked into the store over their again I raised a complaint SR No:-[protected], He also was not able to help me as this is a cooperate connection. As per my understanding I have taken this plan as it was considered that you might get more attention to the concerns as we understand the value of time. But this has made to run through almost all the departments wasting my time explaining the issue to everyone and getting a negative response. There he even educated me that the 3G package was not yet removed and I will not be able to get my old 2G pack back. There i was told that I need to write a mail to ANDHRAPRADESH.[protected]@vodafone.com which I wrote immediately once i was back home. There after got a call to give 2 days time and issue will be resolved which did not happen. I repeatedly called customer service and waited on line for almost 25mins but could not get hold of anyone. On 27th again I walked in to the store at punjagutta. There on explaining the situation again and waiting for almost 1&1/2 hr a mail was again send from their end now they said they will reverse the package to 3G but the additional charges as per the 2G package which can be covered will not be reversed. In front of me he drafted an email to the concerned team and send acorss stating this is taken care of and i will get a call in 30mins which i never received.Along with that i was also informed that he will get the 2G pack back. They were not ready to give me any proof of the same. When questioned why was this not done on 15 Dec the day i sat for almost 2 hrs he said he was not sure that i was really serious about my complaint then. Again on 4th Jan 2015 i walked up to the store wherein the thing which was promised didnot reflect on the bill. I wanted to make a payment excluding the reversed charges but the executive told met that nothing of that sort happened on my again. Now im back to square one.
