[Resolved] Vodafone India — Wrongly Charged in the bill without customer confirmation | |||
Dear Sir, I am a postpaid customer of vodafone network want to register complaint. Vodafone is doing automatically activation the plan without my confirmation as i have not approach them for any plan than also they are activating plan. Just now i spoke with Mr. Girish Yerawar Vodafone customer care. He is telling we have send SMS that plan is activating so from your end message dint came so we activate the plan. I told him without my approach and from you end automatically sending sms that plan is activating. Request you to solve my problem. Was this information helpful? | |||
