Vodafone — Internet not working after data recharge

Hi,
I have recharged data pack of rs903 with 3 GB per day today And even after successful recharge through phonepe app, internet is not working .
I am unable to use net from last 3 days . On 6th Dec I did a recharge of 299 rs and no internet was coming and then today I did recharge for 903 rs still no internet is coming .
Is vodafone down ?
