[Resolved] Vodafone — Interrupting the Rights of customers
All i want to complain about is what is the authority of telecom company to restrict the SMS service to their wish??All we need is Main account balance to send a SMS but why they are restricting and forcing only certain recharge tariff(a big amount)is required to send a SMS?Charge for SMS is 1-3 rs, although we have that main account balance, who are they to stop the service to their wish?its purely interruption of consumer rights.
Hope a necessary action from your side..

Nothing they did...except marked as resolved..i just want to port out all my vi sims to other network right now and want to file a complaint to consumer rights about vi restricting rights of customers
