Vodafone — Invalid Bills | |||
I had a vodafone postpaid connection converted to prepaid and during this i was asked to pay the prorated amount for that connection and also plus the amount to recharge when the number gets converted for which i did. Now the issue here is that i have a bill generated for the same number that shows no amount that i paid and also during all this the executive at the store delayed the process of getting the number converted by which i now have a high bill. Vodafone is not looking upto the issue and says even though there was a delay in converting the number it’s me who’s liable to pay and they’re straight away denying it’s their fault.
