Sir,
This is to inform that I am your valued customer .The mobile no [protected] has been under use for many many years. Recently, I have taken another vodaphone no.[protected] in my name.
But recently I have been facing so much inconvenience and problem using Vodaphone which is beggars description.
On 23 rd May, I recharge for Rs.49for the phone no.and only had a conversation
for 5mins.Next day on 24/6/2020, I was very much surprised to see that i had no balance to talk.
This thing happened to both the numbers for the LAST TWO MONTHS.
I tried to reach customer care over phone million times but of no avail.
Due to this type of harrassment, my work is being hampered to a great extent.
Now, I am afraid to recharge fearing that same arbitary and whimsical deduction would be made to my phone.
I earnestly request to you solve the problem at the earliest otherwise i would have no other way but to address Consumer Court for redressal.
Hope to get a favourable reply soon &my problem would be solved at the earliest
