Irresponsible Behaviour from Customer care Centre Today My mom lost the phone in which there was Vodafone Sim. For that I searched the number of Rajasthan Vodafone customer and found number-[protected] I called on the number, talked to customer care executive and he said that i need to dial a number [protected] for Rajasthan complains.I had dialled that in Mumbai. I called on number [protected] but it said wrong number.Then I called on the generic number 199.When i was talking to the customer care she said that I had to dial [protected](same number which i dialled in the starting). I again called on 199.Now the new executive said that I had to dial from Rajasthan number to get redirected to Rajasthan customer care My issue is that why you have kept so complexity in the system.Shouldn’t I be directly redirected to Rajasthan customer care if I am requesting.Also why these customer care executive guys have less knowledge and are not consistent in their response I called from the number [protected].You guys says that you record the calls for training and monitoring purpose so now check that In the call they also said that I will getting a link via which i can directly block my sim but I didnt get any Was this information helpful? | |||
